Nilanjan Nath is a strategic leader with over two and a half decades of experience in strategy, business consulting, and technology solutions. As a Director at Accenture, he has held multiple roles. In his 8+ years with Accenture Development Partnerships, he has led numerous initiatives. He has collaborated with NGOs, private foundations, and public agencies to drive social and environmental impact. His work spans public health, livelihood, and sustainability. He showcases expertise in organization strategy, operating models, technology and digital, analytics, and generative AI. His esteemed clients include TRRAIN, World Bank, Jhpiego, Rockefeller Foundation, Dell Digital LifeCare, Living Goods, Asian Development Bank and many others.

Beyond his professional achievements, Nilanjan is deeply committed to community development. He has been instrumental in several non-profits and start-ups. He founded Uttaron Edutech, a digital learning platform. This platform provides secondary students with educational content in Bengali vernacular language.

Rituparna Mukherjee

Rituparna is a Civil Sarvant with Govt of West Bengal for more than last 16 years. She is passionate about psychological well being.

She is a Certified Animal Assisted Intervention Specialist (C-AAIS). She is passionate about the healing power of dogs. Over the past two years, she has trained dogs to help people heal and feel better.

Rituparna has a strong educational background. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources. She has also completed various certifications in psychology and dog training.
